What makes a good photo?
- Photo is taken in a well lit area. Ideally, unfiltered and in natural light.
- Close up and head on, showing as much of the ears, head, and neck as possible.
- Avoid overhead or blurry photos
- If your pet has special marks or eyes of different colors, please share a close-up photo of them.
- Collars, leashes, bows, hats, and other cute accessories will not be illustrated in your final plaster.

We frequently craft plaster models for pets that have passed on, so we know following all the guidelines above might not always be feasible. Rest assured, our team will do everything we can to accommodate your needs.
Do you send proofs or previews before making my custom products?
In an effort to get your order to you as efficiently as possible, we do not offer plaster previews or proofs before shipping the product. But don’t worry! If your provided photo won’t make the best plaster, we’ll reach out to you for a new one. Be sure to review Image Guidelines.
What dimensions are the plasters?
Custom Portrait Plasters: Sizes range from 4 cm to 7 cm, varying by breed and animal type.
Custom Full Body Figurines: Sizes range from 12 cm to 20 cm, tailored to the specific animal and breed.
Can I change my order after it’s been placed?
For changes to your pet portrait order, please contact yunamadeinfo@gmail.com within 30 minutes of placing your order. Beyond this window, most updates, like address changes, are not possible and may cause shipping delays.
Can I return my custom pet product if I’m unhappy with it?
Due to the custom nature of our handcrafted products at YunaMade, we are unable to accept returns on the following products: custom plaster, portrait, stamp, painting, and keychain. Each custom product is meticulously crafted to reflect the unique aspects of the photo you provided, making it uniquely personal to your pet.
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
If you have a video recording of your initial first time unboxing the product (where the seal is not broken) that can prove the product was damage during shipping, upload the video to yunamadeinfo@gmail.com within 23 days of order.
My custom product arrived, what do I do if it doesn’t capture my pet’s likeness?
Not satisfied with how your artwork turned out? Begin by reaching out to yunamadeinfo@gmail.com to request a replacement, and the team will get back to you. Please include a photo of your order.
We provide a personal satisfaction guarantee for up to 14 days post-order.
What countries do you ship to? How much is shipping? When will my order arrive?
USA, Canada (For now only North America, we will add shipping to UK, Australia, & Europe later!): Orders typically arrive within 7-15 business days from purchase. Delays may occur during peak holiday seasons.

Am I able to cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Due to the custom nature of Yuna Made’s products – custom plasters, portraits, stamps, paintings, and keychains – we start processing orders immediately after they’re placed.
To cancel, email yunamadeinfo@gmail.com within 30 minutes of ordering for a potential refund subject to our discretion. Cancellations are not accepted after 30 minutes.
